1. General provisions

These Terms govern use of the zelandrix.com website and bookings made through it. By booking you accept them.

2. Seller information

3. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once we send written confirmation. Cancel in writing to contact@zelandrix.com; refunds follow the cancellation date and supplier conditions. Rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 are unaffected.

4. Privacy and cookies

We process personal data and use cookies only with your consent, as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Information and advertising

Tour information and advertising are accurate and substantiated under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996 and the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995.

6. Liability and disputes

We are liable for proper performance of the booked tour but not for events beyond our reasonable control. Disputes are settled by negotiation and then by the courts of Ukraine under Ukrainian law.
